My Customer Service Experiences

Australian singer and reality TV star Peter Andre will be appearing at Tesco, Chesterfield on Friday the 5th of February 2010. He will be in the store from 1pm till 3pm promoting and signing copies of his new album Revelation.

Whilst I was sifting through the emails I received a telephone call from one of the printers.

He said that his name was Andy and he was calling from Fabio Print (one of the local printers, his price came in at £187 including VAT and delivery) He was really helpful on the phone, especially about the design and he also told me that for an extra £19 I could get 2,500 leaflets as that was their ideal print run price. I was sold, so I went ahead and placed the order.

To avoid the splash, the women in front of me leapt into the air like a hopper penguin (just a tad too late!) She then hissed at the poor little girl whose face turned ashen and whose eyes formed large liquid tears
